I'm hosting a Dark Seance on behalf of Fright Nights tomorrow evening.

It's happening at the london Irish Centre in Camden, and runs from 7pm to 11pm.

It was very entertaining.

I feel a little sorry for those spirits though, sleeping for 500 years and then getting woken up to move a glass around just for our entertainment.

Aye. Nice to see swine flu making a show on the board too!

I did feel the evening was marred a little by a group of malevolent spirits.

I think they'd been at beer rather than spirits.

Interestingly though, beneath all the p*ss-taking and gigling, some of them seemed genuinely nervous during the glass moving session and dark seance.

I also noticed that I wasn't the only one wishing I'd brought a cattle prod. Some of the audience were getting mightily miffed as the evening went on.

It was D that confused me the most; taking things very seriously, properly emotionally invested in the whole thing, but unaccountably had come with a load of @rseh@les.
