Techies - Help?!

Postby beetlejuiceecis » May 15th, '09, 11:22

Hi, McAfee just alerted me to a potentially unwanted programme (PUP) called RemADM-PSKill

I have searched the net, and it seems to say that this is a programme related to HP and Compaq computers. However, I am running a Dell with XP SP2.

Should I delete it?!
Help!

To be or not to be....now that is the question.

It looks like it is something harmful from a quick search on it. Have a go with THIS uninstaller.

Do like I'm trying to do... delete the PC and buy a Mac

I had a wonderful PC a few years ago but made two horrid mistakes that I'm still paying for; I installed an MSN up-date along side VISTA... it took a total and complete dump and bleaching the hell out of my two hard drives in order to recover... I lost so much material :x

I'm back on XP and Office Pro and facing the need to up-grade the CPU, Game Card, etc. just to be able to play some of my more "involved" meditation systems, like Medal of Honor Airborne...
