Has a magician ever thought of pulling a rampant rabbit out of a hat?

I've never seen it done, but then again I've never been to Magaluf.

one would imagine that it could be made cruder if instead of a top hat, one used an edwardian ladies hand warmer thingy.. you know that thing that begins with m and rimes with rough.

....and would it be suitable at a kids party?

ah, in that case, pull it out of a rocky raccoon.

I'm sure it'd go down well at an Ann Summers party. I'm reliably informed that Rampant Rabbit is "the best".

In fact, some rude balloon modelling, some blue patter, and there's a whole career waiting... I wish postie would hurry up and deliver my package from Sempertex.

I've destroyed Tomo's magic!!!

Ally Cook did this in his Edinburgh fringe show last year ("A Touch of Vegas"), before pulling a real rabbit out of it. It's a pity that before that the rabbit had been popping it's head up from the chair it was hidden behind, so everyone knew it was there. That and the fact it was the clumsiest load ever.

Admittedly I did see it in previews, but his show did pretty much suck.

Yes Ali did it in his show. I saw it later on in the Fringe and thought it was quite good. By far not the worst magic show I have seen, although a couple of bits could have done with a polish.

But Paul is too modest to reveal that he combined it with foretelling the future. He said, 'This balloon's gonna burst' and he was right - it did !

yes, but he doesnt get it right all the time.

Im told that a particular fairy was holding onto a balloon.

And his prediction of " this will go down" proved innacurate in every way possible.

What I really liked about mucking about with balloons was that when you twist sections together, while the pressure the rubber can stand is phenomenal, the sound it makes is awful. By wincing and twisting slowly at arm's length as if I was right at the limit, I realised I could get others to wince along!
