Just a thought: Change the label on the box from Trick of the Month (or whatever it is these days) to The All American Magic Supply Co Inc., add some stars and stripes to the box and it might help to explain the difference and confusion. You can also throw in a few jokes about the US, the language differences and any other suitable/acceptable bits of business. If you're doing a gig on July 4th it's even beter!
