The Effect
Four effects:
Twisted Logic: Both the magician and an audience member select and sign a card. They then fairly and slowly swith cards, but both still have there orignal cards. The magician gives the spectator her card and keeps his. With a quick shake of the hand, the signed card visually changes places.
Happenstance: A card is freely selected, signed and lost in the pack. The deck is squared and placed on the table. THe performertakes another card from the deck and throws it at the tabled deck, stabbing the card in about half its length. The thrown card and everything above it is cut away. The card that was right below the thrown card is turned over to show the spectators signed card.
Mend: Attempting to demonstrate a weird sideshow ability to press a coin beneath the flesh without causing damage, the performer accidently tears loose a flap of skin on his forearm. However, with just a slight rub of his fingers, he mends the torn skin and immediately shows his arm is healed.
Rukes of Attraction: Two red queens are removed from the deck, displayed, and placed aside. Any other card is then selected and signed, returned, and lost in the deck. The two red queens are then placed very fairly on top of the deck, which is then placed in the spectators hand. THe magician clicks his fingers and tells the spec to to spread over the top two cards. The specs signed card is now sandwiched between them.

Review I was looking for a new magical purchase but had very little money, so decided to give this a try as it was so cheap and an instant download.
The effects show as described above. THe thing I like about this was that instead of just telling you to do a certain move, it told you how to do it (or give an alternative method), unlike some ebooks I have bought. So as well as getting four effects, I learnt a few new moves as well.
The effects are good, and demo's can be seen here http://www.themagicanarchist.com/extreme.html.

Overall
If you are a novice to intermediate who has worked through the RRTCM and similar, then this would be an excellent purchase to advance your skills further. Four tricks and a couple of nice moves for just £3.99. If you are an experienced magician, then look at the demo and make your own mind up if it is your kind of thing.
For that price, you can't really go wrong

Out of Ten: 8/10 for the effects and 10/10 for the price

Thanks for the review Andy.

I have a problem with a lot of PDFs these days in that I don't think many of them are great value for money. There are so many really great well established books out there, that when you work out the cost per trick, that would appear to be the sensible way to go.

I am not saying that all PDF's arent good value for money, just that it is so easy to sell this way now that there is a lot of dross out there. To give some examples of the quality ones, I would say that on the whole anything that comes out of the Underground Collective stable is worth having - particularly Jack Parkers "Set To Stun". It also has to be said that Greatest Secrests Revealed is another good value collection of diverse effects at a very reasonable price.

So there are bargains out their to be had. Based on your review (and the fact that you get 4 effects for £4) I may well give this one a try

Thanks for the heads up.
