Dr Farlsborough, I woke with a terrible calf cramp this morning. Screaming, in fact. Took ages to mentally edit it out. Thought I'd ripped a muscle it was that painful. Still quite tender. What's he best way of getting rid of it FAST?

It turns out I've pulled my calf. The treatment is still valid, though! :D
