One Handed Faro Shuffle

Postby El Enielator » Feb 24th, '05, 03:29

Any tips on one handed faro shuffle.

I can easily get the cards so that they can be pushed together, yet when I try to interweave them they go into stacks of atleast ten. It is no where close to a faro shuffle.

Any tips would be very helpful.

Technically, if you're doing the "get ready" correctly the cards should have no choice but weave together. Make sure that as you prepare to weave the cards that both packets are level and horizontally flush. Then push down and together and he cards should automatically weave together in a faro.

All the best,

My handling is that I hold the packets with my fingers somewhere closer to the outer edge, thus letting the cards interweave easily. A problem with this (though I'm not sure if it is a problem at all heheheheh) is that at times the cards interweaved and do a very small riffle shuffle automatically.
