I am not exactly sure what "mirage" is! Can you give me a brief description of it, I may know it under another name.....as far as svengali goes, it is good. I am not sure what exactly your performance preferences are, but I am not a large fan of gaffed decks. However, I find the svengali to be useful, I simply prepare my routine to do a deck switch that will leave me with a clean deck to use after.

Mirage is capable of doing exactly the same as svengali but allows you to riffle from the edges as well as the ends, it can be fanned and shown face and back, you can even do a (careful) overhand shuffle with it.

If you have the few extra quid that it costs then that is the one to go for really.

Cogito, ergo sum.
Cogito sumere potum alterum.

Mirage or Svengali

Both decks are very similar and both are great. Mirage can be dispalyed to show every card different then then you can classic force the same card everytime which leaves the spectators feeling as though you havea amazing sleight of hand. Sometimes with a Svengali deck a spectator may automatically assume that you are using a deck with only one force card. Both decks are good it just depends what you aretrying to accomplish with them. PM me for more information
