mrgoat - I just read one of the Goldacre articles, trés amusing.

She is unfortunately a good benchmark of the modern worlds stupidity and willingness to believe a completely unqualified idiot over someone who is actually qualified.

I encounter it all the time at work, as does my wife. If you know better don't waste my time, do the job yourself!

It appears that for all these years my understanding of what a 'technical and scientific medical device' was wrong. Apparently 2 magnets and a book telling you to attach them to your ear is: technical and scientific.

He did indeed. I actually forget to take them off, and my lovely lady reminds me at night. If not, you get MENTAL dreams.

I'm on the lowest dose patch now and the end is in site!
