Anyone along? I've booked for several magicky mentalism shows, which hopefully won't mean that I'll see seven different handlings of Bang On (though that might have its uses).

Rob (Serendipity) and I are up there for the month with Bamboozlement! in the Gilded Balloon - Hopefully we'll get to see all the other magic shows too. Theory is I'll be interviewing all the magicians/mentalists up there for itricks.com too.

I know a few other people on TM are up there doing shows too, perhaps we should organise a TM Edinburgh get together?

Saw Frisky and Mannish last year doing a 20min cabaret set, they were absolutely brilliant. Definately going to go see them!

I eyed up a few shows as I'm in Edinburgh on the 9th and 10th but I'm not gonna have a chance to catch any of the shows due to it being my girlfriends birthday trip and she'd strangle me.

The only show I get to go to is watching Dylan Moran, her choice but still good fun.

I'm secretly hoping to see a few street magicians that I can dawdle round though.

Rob and I (Bamboozlement!) will be knocking around on the Royal Mile all day handing out flyers (we're the guys in double breasted waistcoats, cravats and bowler hats) - if anyone from TM is about come over and say hi, it'd be great to meet people.

Also if you're coming to the show feel free hang around for a chat (and hopefully pub!) afterwards.

I'll be flyering on the High Street as usual (after 18 years I have regulars in the ticket queue!).

There's a lot to choose from this year. One year I was the only magic show!
