I haven't the slightest idea what on earth this Iain personage is talking about. I suspect he is showing impertinence and I would advise him to show respect for his elders.
As for this young doctor who has now been given official permission to go of on a murderous career killing the multitude I must inform him that his profession will have the opportunity of getting rid of me on Monday since I have to have a kidney stone removed by some unmentionable procedure.
I must now inform you all that some time back the doctors in Israel went on strike. The death rate went down dramatically when this happened. In fact it went down so dramatically that the undertakers association in Israel were absolutely furious and petitioned the government to bring in back to work legislation since funeral parlours were losing so much business.
So of course it is doctors that kill you in the first place.
