So few do this now days. I have nearly forgotten memories of seeing guys do this in the pubs in Chicago back in the late 70s but can't recall a single person doing it throughout the 80's or 90's.. .not even at the Castle.

You might want to take a look at "Kort" - Milt Kort's collection - there are a couple of routines that use his dice switch handling - 'Cups & Dice' and 'Changing Trains/Quick Change c*** (not the best)'. Both are okay for demonstrating dice switch technique in a show context. Milt's switch is pretty straightforward enough to learn too if that helps.
