Well 3 months later and still no replacement deck or even a cloth. So much for the after care I talked about.
Guess I just trust peoples word too much sometimes.
Once again I won't be going direct to outlaw again unless it for an ebook.

That's really bad customer care. Not good.

Sorry to hear that. With any luck, Rick will be along shortly and will sort this out once and for all. I think you should also be compensated for all this hassle and poor service. I hope Outlaw are not heading down the same road as a certain Mr. Cassidy.

Oh I'd quite happily take something else out of their catalogue in place of the second deck or as well as if it'll turn up in time. :D

I've also had problems with a replacement item not turning up. I wont buy from Outlaw in future, but am willing to buy second hand since the quality of them is quite nice

It's a very great shame to stumble across this sort of thing happening, after so long 'out of the loop'.

I remember being absolutely blown away with Rick's product and service. Although he always gave the impression of being somewhat snowed-under, and didn't always come back to emails immediately, it was always within a day or two.

I *was* considering another Scorpion, but will hold out for a second hand one now, I feel.

Have fun!
