Patrick Swayze RIP

Postby Craig Browning » Sep 15th, '09, 04:25

As I was looking over the forum I heard on the news that actor Patrick Swayze finally lost his battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

He was never one of my favorite actors but he did make a good Ghost

Shouldn't this be in The Dove's Head?

My favourite Swayze role was the one he played in Donnie Darko.
But only because im obsessed with that film.

You've gotta love that film Road House. He was pretty kick-ass in that film (literally kicking asses too). Not one of my fave actors I must admit as well, but it's a shame the guy was still relatively young 'ish' when he died.

RIP Swayze.

Roadhouse is cool. Dirty Dancing was brilliant though.

My favourite film with him in is Donnie Darko but his part was barely mentionable, was great in Ghost!

an effect with a lotta pot may be workable.

anyway, it's always a sad occasion when anyone dies so young. I listened to a radio interview on the BBC radio this mornining that was obviously recorded with Patrick some time ago and I thought - there was a guy with his priorities right.

Clean living, enjoying his ranch and livestock and very dedicated to his wife, or so it appeared to be.
