To be honest, having seen this guy before, I do get the impression that this was a bit of a joke that got out of hand. "Crikey, they're buying it! And they're throwing money at me! Oh, okay then, let's see how much more I can get away with..." After all, the guy is a walking parody of himself. If such a thing is possible.

I thought that was standard for most Mediums and Psychics?

It does look like he is having a bit of fun with it tho. Not everybody wants to be taken seriously. Still. the look makes him look like he escaped from the loony bin and that the people there were just like "We'll catch him later.."
