Hi all,

Not sure if this counts as an event but further to my posts last month - I am heading down to the Open Wand night tonight at the Cellar Door club in Aldwych. Have got a 5-10 min mentalism routine to try out, so I'll let you all know how it goes 'post-gig'!

Not sure if I'm excited or nervous..... looks like quite a swish place (if rather small, according to some posts here) and I hope a big lump like me isn't going to look out of place amongst London's beautiful people!!

Break a leg, or a Wand mate!

Well, what can I say.......?

Was a fantastic night - I strongly recommend it to everyone. Great to mix with other magicians, friendly atmosphere, fantastic audience who really appreciate the magic.

I had a great set and then spent the rest of the evening watching the other acts.

I'm going back next month - and every month after!!
