Hi all

I've always had a fondness for magic and over the ears have tinkered with the odd coin or card trick but nothing more.

I have now decided (at the ripe old age of 34) to try and put some real effort into it. I have a mobile disco and would like to skill up to sue it as an additional service offered.

I'm really interested in close up magic, as that would be mainly be the area I'd be working in.

I have a party at home in a few weeks and would like to be able to wander amongst teh guests performing a few simple yet effective tricks.

I've had a preliminary look around a few of the online stores and am thinking about buying a raven and a few other bits 'n bobs.

If you can advise of what would be good, effective, cheap, fairly easy to start with tricks I'd appreciate it.

Oh, pleased to meet you all.

Neil
