Hypercards by Andrew Mayne

Just wondering if this is as good as it sounds.
http://www.magictricks.co.uk/prodshow.asp?code=93&=

I have watched Andrew demo this on his site http://www.weirdthings.com/ and it looks good, albiet a little fiddly on the linking move.
I like the fact that it is impromptu and examinable but how examinable :?:
Is it just a clever topological link whose modus operandi could be discovered by 'over examination' of the cards :?:

Just had a look at Andrew's site again.
Razorwire looks quite interesting too.
Does anyone have this yet :?:

Hypercards looks good but it's strange that the linked cards don't swing more freely like linking rings do - perhaps something to take care of in the way they are handled?

I have heard that Hypercards cannot be examined straight after the performance, and it requires a bit of "move" to make them examinable. Also they say it can't be presented within a meter from spectator or the **** will be expo***.
