Hi,

My name's Rob and I am an amateur magician at 16. I have been interested in magic for a few years, but I took a break. About a month ago, I became re-interested in it.
Last week, I ordered some bicycle cards (what the pros. use) from MagicBox. Unfortunately, there was a muck up and the order didn't process.
However, I got on to them and explained the issue. After a simple procedure, the cards a now on their way, with free P+P and a few extra blank cards as an apology.

So, for friendly staff service, use MagicBox

Note: I am not a member of MagicBox, I just say how great they are.

Hi Rob, welcome to TM! Glad to hear they've finally got the cards headed your way. I've had good dealings with Magic Box myself, as well.

I Shop at magicbox for all my needs as I live in Newcastle so its very convenient for me no Postage and packaging for me.

I also bought my first pack of bicycles from magic box haha
