Hi there!

It just occurred to me that I've never entered a formal introduction here - even though I've been using this site for a few months now.

In a nut shell 'no this one's empty see, the pea is under the other one' - Sorry forgot what I was doing for a second

Anyway, I'm 31 and have been interested in Magic ever since I was little. I think it was a combination of the Paul Daniels Magic Show on the good old BBC, and the fact that I had a few of his magic cards and magic sets when I was little.

I've recently been reminded that I was using Svengali & Stripper decks when I was still in the junior school! It's a real shame I didn't carry on with it.

Never mind - I've rediscovered magic big time now!

I've been practicing hard since last October, and have nearly gotten through The Royal Road, (apart from the Pass - but I've put that to one side for now!). I'm mainly into card magic and I would say I'm a hobbyist - that is now starting to show his magic to the outside world - just been doing some tricks for my colleagues and blew them away with Heirloom & The Grail + a few normal deck tricks! - Buts that's another story which I'll be telling you all about very soon. (This was my first 'performance' outside my usual audience of my Fiancee / Family!!)

Anyway, thanks for all the help I've received so far, and all the wonderful tips that you have given me!

I'm glad to find a site like this and especially that most here are friends form over the pond. It's great to exchange different views of tricks and setups from not just the Magic store down the street.
