One way force decks uk supplier?

Postby Killahbscs » Nov 30th, '09, 00:22

i have tried and tried and tried to get these where you can pick the option like penguine magic in the usa but from the uk. one site as offered to get me the ones i want in the spring when they do another order. i was wondering if anyone knows a site where you can pick the value of the card you want and its not completly random which it is in most cases

thanks

I believe Nothing Up My Sleeve has that option for a bit extra, assuming he's still trading. The site seems to be down and it's even broke downforeveryoneorjustme.com, which is pretty good going!

buy 52 decks, and make up 52 one way decks. Then, sell the ones you dont want.
This way you get the decks you do want for free , AND you make a proffit.

but hang on.. it costs 97 quid to buy the decks.( It would be less than that, because you are getting them in bulk)

you then sell the decks for 5.00. you more than double your money, and you get the decks that you want.

They used to stock them but don't appear to anymore. (Unless they're out of stock).

If you can afford the initial outlay (and can be bothered to do so), I would be tempted to go with Dale's suggestion. Bear in mind that you would have to sell them at a price that makes it worthwhile for people to buy them off you instead of a dealer. £4-5 including postage sounds about right I guess.

Dale could be onto somthing you know, just think what you could do with 52 one way forcing decks body indexed all over yourself. Admittedly, you'll probabaly end up looking like the Michelin man but...

52 decks at a fiver a time, would give you £260 pounds.

and the cards cost £97.( probably much less)

so.....you do the maths

You'd actually get more than 52 decks, two decks of Jokers would also be possible and can be used very effectively.....

Mandrake's already mentioned cards4magic, but the other place that lets you choose the deck is World of Magic. If I remember correctly, the decks are a bit more expensive at WoM, but you don't need to spend much there to get free postage.

i couldnt find them on cards for magic i thin kthe only one i found was the 3 of hearts...ill check world at magic thanks

sorry guys i dont have time to sell cards, if i made 56 decks i would end up just keeping them becasue i wouldnt be able to deal with the hassel to keep selling n posting them. and then no 1 will want the aces of spaces or queen of hearts because they look obvous to a spectator. nice idea but i would rather just spend a little extra on one already made up
