Well it's that time of year again when we celebrate all that is Talk Magic and the wonderous people that populate the forums. I know that Jordan usually does this but as he's not been around for a while (I hope that everything's ok with him) I thought that I'd get the ball rolling.

How does one vote? Do you have to choose one person for each category, or can you just pick the ones you want? Also, open or closed ballot?

Are we allowed to nominate a bunch of people for the same award? Supposing you think that there are several people who deserve the same award, is that allowed?
