Let's make loops!

Postby Mr Grumpy » Dec 2nd, '09, 21:12

Can anyone suggest a good way to make loops? I love using the Yigal Mesika loops but they do break easily and they do cost a fortune. As far as I can see, the STEALTH system is not currently available - I've never used this system, but if it's not for sale then maybe someone can give me some alternative options?

I searched for threads (inevitable pun) on this but can't find anything since about 2007 and nothing that really answers this question...

I'd suggest you contact Nothing Up My Sleeve who designed the Stealth jig but the website seems to be out of action at the moment. Tom Lauten might be able to help, drop him a PM.

... or you could read this thread, Daren!
I took a look at the clip the other day and it seems very good. I haven't tried to make loops yet, but as mine wear down I will definitely try it.

The stealth jig is by far the easiest method that I've come across. Worth seeing if you can contact NUMS and get hold of a copy of the pdf.

Thanks for these responses, mystical persons.

I did search but somehow failed to find that post! I'll read it now.

I'll point seige at this post, he might be able to sell you the stealth plans anyway.

I'm posting this because I clicked "If you no longer wish to watch this topic..." It's way too easy to click that link by mistake! I think it would be great if that sentence and the link were in brackets or after a line of ====. Ah well.

Thanks for the reply, Ian... I hope to hear from Seige.
