Secret Soldier

My first review - hope its ok!?

Effect: After several failed attempts the magician calls in the army to find the spectator's chosen card.

A small pewter toy soldier is placed on any face down card on the table by the spectator, but when it is turned over it is found not to be the chosen card, ITS A CODE RED!!

However when the spectator now takes a closer at the small figure which THEY ARE HOLDING in its hands is a 4 and a diamond.

£39.99 - Wayne Fox Magic

I wanted this trick even though I initially thought it a bit pricey. However, on receiving it I have to say I thought it was worth it for the effect - the DVD shows everything that you need to know and the 'items' were of excellent quality.

Its easy to perform - a basic sleight and some easy misdirection and you have something that's quite unique.

People love it when the magician seemingly gets it wrong - this takes them 'off their guard' and adds to the final impact when they suddenly realise that the small figure that was in front of them (or if you're bold being held by them) IS actually holding their card!

The effect can be repeated with a different selected card making it suitable for table hopping - and the best thing of all is that you end clean!

Its fun to do and I love it!

A nice review thanks - there is a review template you may want to check out, but I think you covered all the bases anyway.

It has certainly made me look further into this product, sounds like it is a real worker...

Thanks Bradderz,

I'm glad you like Secret Soldier, its not been out long, so I think you may be the first to post an online review of it, and a nice 'to the point' review, well done. Do try to perform it with the bold move, its a real finisher.

Many Thanks

Wayne Fox

I have seen Wayne perform this a few times, It's a great routine and plays great to lay people and magicians alike.

Top stuff Wayne.
