I was looking for individual pool balls etc some time back, and got this catalogue from the site below.

http://www.clubking.co.uk/

It has some fantastic stuff in it that could quite happily be used by most practicing mentalists. Lottery scratch cards, bingo balls, tombollas (that Im sure could be gimmiced) and lots of other fun stuff that would be handy props for stage and parlour...

Thought id give it a mention.

I can get a deck of A4 cards and provide my own stand for considerably less!

Some of the things on there are really reasonable, I am seriously considering the Pool Balls, only problem is its £5 delivery for one or 100, so low bulk orders will cost more.
Also in poker accessories, there is a card holder which may well be good for close-up/parlour magic, I am thinking Conus Aces....
One last point, has anyone used Waiter's note pads for mentalism, i.e CT, B****t S****h ect?
