I actually live in shields and will be booking the time off work to attend this convention. any idea where you will be able to get tickets and how much they go for?

The Sea Hotel is the "Ruskin", I did not know that but may have a new local.

I live just over the River on North Tyneside.

Work commitments meant I applied too late last year and could not get a ticket. I've booked early this year !

Would be nice to meet some TMers (and some Bunnies)

I live local to this and was wondering what the two gala shows were. Are they different on both nights and is it more of a show for the general public or just fellow magicians?

Also, what is the best way of buying tickets. Can you buy them direct from the venue?

Cheers

the gala shows are both different, and you can get tickets for them from Customs house, however if you want to attend anything else, you need to contact Karri prinn direct.

Thanks for the reply. It was only for the Gala show, a treat for my magic addicted 12 year old daughter. I've only just found out that we have this locally, they don't advertise it too well down Wearside way.

Do you know if the Galas sell out quickly and when they announce who will be performing?

The Galas are very popular.Ive been to every year so far, and there are never any empty seats.
as to who is on the bill, it will be performers from the main convention.

There should be more detailed information soon, but you could try contacting Martin Duffy, to see if he has any info.
The customs house web site should have details soon.
