Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

Nearly.

Though for things in drinks, Ive a better one.

I often practice Billiard ball manips at home. Im ok, but would never do it in front of paying people.
Anyways, I use genuine solid balls. Not special magicians ones.
And, Did you know that if you get the angle right, as they fall, they bounce?

I dropped a ball, it bounced on the floor, and landed smack into my mates mug of tea, smashing the mug, and soaking my carpets..

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....
Greg Wilson about.... Me.

But it sounds like he's doing a bill routine.

Incidently, in the past ive done exactly as you have sugested.
and have gone for the silk, missing the tip.

And then ive stood there, watching this pink plastic lump, sail over the audiences heads.

Don't you just love those moments?

Dont gimmick things further than you need to. This is the occasion where you need to work on your pocket management. This way, you dont have to rely on that "special jacket" or whatever to go out and perform.

It took me a long time to get my pocket management right, but now, i can wear just about anything and know exactly where everything is, and know exactly how to get hold of it without panicing.

Plus, pocket management is cheaper than gimmicking everything up.
