Never thought of it that way! Go for it. (Do I get a contributor's credit?)

I've got a lot of other neurological... um, interestingnesses. But I won't bore you with them here. This is Eshly's thread, anyway.

...I was just thinking of another very special lunch date that was just about 30 years ago. Mmmm. But I don't think you were there, Beardy.

Just being a pedant.

Exactly the reason I followed it with the fact that we all make common errors.

Edit: Note my just next post.

Also, that is not an incorrect spelling.
It is a difference between American and UK spelling standards.
In the United States, it would be spelled offense, and in much of the UK English language it would be spelled offence. So it was properly spelled in American English, which is my language. (I have no doubt one of you will initially take objection to me saying American English, but it is English changed by the United States, so that is its name.) I've clarified the issue of spelling differences in previous posts, but I thought it might help to clarify again.

Thanks,

-Ben

One has been lurking about of late. May I ask, is Eshly's posts an in-joke that I have missed out on? Checked through search and could not find the in-joke starting. So, without appearing to be rude now that I'm back. Have I missed something?

I honestly don't know myself, I think people dislike me because I ask a lot of questions, and I don't mean questions like "How did criss angel do that?" sort of exposure question, I mean things like "Does anyone know where I can find an effect that allows the switching of a large paper prediction?"

I don't know why, but this seems to have made me unpopular with just about everyone over 4000 posts, the younger people are much more helpful.

And yet those people to whom you refer, the ones with lots of posts, have been very helpful to you since you joined the forum. Why do they seem annoyed? Probably because you ignore their advice every time you ask for it. You don't have to accept anyone's advice here or elsewhere in life, but if you *keep asking* and *keep ignoring* then you'll be ignored yourself.

He's saying this ironically but it is actually true. If I asked what sort of car to buy Iain would be the first for not knowing and would tell me to read 13 Steps again.

No, He'd suggest test driving as many as you can.

Which is essentially the same advice for him telling you to read and use whats in 13 steps. Don't knock it, till you've tried it.

your speech/writing habits are very interesting for someone with Aspurgers...in my experience of people who have it, aren't as free-flowing with their 'speech' as you. Even the occassional light bit of swearing...

and yes, i agree i am annoying :D

would you agree that you too are also annoying, as you've now had a while on this and the cafe, asking for help, only to dismiss everyone's ideas, time and effort...because you are after these ultra clean methods?

which, ironically you wont find on any forum, because you miss the point of it all...that you study the basics, and then create these methods yourself...on your own...after performing them for people, and fine tuning and combining techniques and methods together...

Yeh, I agree with most of that; though occationally I DO take someone advice on board if the thing they are talking about is clean/subtle enough.

I like to think I already am at the stage where I can design my own routines, yesterday I finished a dartboard prediction routine, where the spectator his the card he chooses; and I'm currently working on my advanced add-a-number as you know - I'm trying to find a way to write the numbers on a board, in full view, instead of on a pad. I'm sure I'll find a way :)
