Just a quick reminder that over in the events section are details of this years Beat the Wand show at Blackpool convention. (Just posting here as I know more people visit this section and may have missed the details)

This is just a quick last call for any entrants for this years beat the wand.

We've a nice mix of acts, styles and a few surprises along the way, but would like a couple of extra acts to balance the show out.

We've also included a couple of sections in the first and second half for some exciting "audience participation record breaking attempts" so you may end up being the star of the show without even planning it!

If you have something quirky/alternative/outside the box to offer then get in touch or if you know someone who can give the audience 5 minutes of something they have never seen before then we would love to hear from them.

Remember a sub-genre/branch of magic will have a better chance of winning than an ambitious card or professors nightmare routine for that crowd and venue.

So get in touch and be part of the madness!!!
