I search for a Trick and a Technick where the Spectator is shuffled a deck remove one card and then the magician can say what card it is after he looks up quickly to the cards !

There are a million and one ways to accomplish this effect. If you are new to card magic I recommend Royal Road to Card Magic and/or Born to Perform as a starting point.

In fact most basic card magic boooks , even those aimed at youngsters, will suggest various methods of doing this.
