bit of a dilemma,

I have used paypal before for buying items online, but never for receiving funds.

I currently have something for sale on here and have a query about the whole paypal process. Is it as simple as giving the potential purchaser your paypal log on e-mail address and they arrange the transfer or do I have to set anything else up?

Another point, I assume the money is transferred into a paypal account and then can be switched to my current account. Does anyone know when the are funds definately safe?, because I dont really want to send the items only for the transaction to 'bounce' like bad cheques used to.

thanks for any help

yes, Its as simple as giving them your registered email adress. :)
you then go on, and accept the funds. Done.

As to being safe.. Its as safe as any other method, because you can then either transfer the cash into your bank account, or leave it there.

( I doubt Ebay would use it if there was any risk) :)

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....

Yup, the funds are definitely safe. To transfer them back to your current account you just press the button and enter the amount to transfer. You can even accept credit card payments directly.

Don't forget to declare any income you get. The tax man is very hot on new technology.
