Sadowitz question (probably for Lenoir!)

In "Cards of the Table" Jerry S. often mentions doing a simultaneous "double turnover of the top and bottom card". WTF! Can't find this in Card College anywhere. How is this possible without it being completely obvious what you are doing?!? Jerry references ECT (p28) but that talks about doing the move with a small packet - not the whole deck! Any info appreciated - thanks.

There is a version taught in Apocalypse 17 and another Seconds, Centers and Bottoms.

Also, I'm not sure if you noticed but their are two versions taught in Expert Card Technique. The second version says that it is to be done with a small packet of cards, but the picture shows roughly half a pack of cards are used?

The second version is based on the Erdnase grip which a lot of people use with only half a pack of cards. This does not mean it is impossible with a full deck of cards, though, so in theory, you should be able to do this with a full deck.

The Erdnase grip is definitely a strong point in the argument of wether hand size matters or not. Even Dai Vernon has said the Erdnase grip is only good for people with big hands, so it's up to you if you feel you need to check out the other versions taught in the books at the top of this post.

My heart has been warmed! :)

Although other than the standard ECT references, I wouldn't know where else to look. The Marlo ideas are worth looking into if you haven't already got the texts!
