Help?

I'm looking for any books or DVDs on combined puppetry and magic/mentalism. Does anyone know if such things exist? I am developing a mindreading puppet character and I'd love to have a read (or watch) of any material out there that might offer some good pointers and suggestions.

If we can hit that bullseye then the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards... Checkmate!

You dont mean "MR DEATH" DUN DUN DURRRRRR

Tom I would suggest the mind reading bear (or as I call him Derren Brownbear) might be able to adapt the idea to what you want to do?vIve got one and there ace...Im sure it could be back engineered into no doubt some scary old marionette that you will want to make

Hmmmm...I look into Paul Bell.

I suppose the method for the bear could be worked into another puppet...if I remember what it is correctly.

I'm thinking of doing fairly basic card based tricks or simple mentalism routines and playing them for comedy as well as the trick itself.

My character is a mute, aloof and somewhat surly psychic raven with IBS.

A working idea for "Max's" look.
