Just got carried away..

I pretty much only use Shadow Masters these days and I've never been challenged about them. That being said it is a little annoying (and expensive) having to recreate all your favorite decks, gaffs and packet tricks yourself.
I would only say that if you're planning on using one of the more striking decks available, then you should try to make sure you match.
I think the only way the deck could be deemed as suspicious is if it were to seem out of place. Pulling out the most beautiful deck known to man while looking like you're destitute is a sure fire way to bring unwanted heat on your cards. Unless you're Paul Harris, that is.
Another thing, if it's your first time using one of these decks make sure you practice your DL's, P**ms etc before performing, because often the cards are made using different stock and can be thicker/stiffer than regular bikes which causes them to behave differently.

It does no harm having a few alternative pattern or make of decks laying around.

If someone produced bikes to play ordinary card games with, I would certainly want to give the deck a good once over and riffle first.
