Rubber band magic

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

Interested to find that band through pencil effect by Sankey. What is the rest of the stuff on that DVD like, worth the purchase?

Looks like I'll buy it then...
And so the long CUPS riddled month wears on...

Hmmm... It got some rave reviews and from what I remember there were a few other good bits on there. But I just find Sankey almost impossible to watch so I never spent enough time with the DVD to really get under the skin of many of the effects - the rubber band one aside. If you like Sankay I think it's a good value-for-money set.

I've read that the linking rubber bands on banding around can be handed around in the linked state, does anyone know if this is true, and if so, could they be handed out as souvenirs (linked)? :P

I'm sure I've seen pre-linked bands being advertised, ready to switch into a routine at some point. It might have been cards4magic but I guess a bit of Googling might help  .

I hardly dared to read this, I thought Mandrake? On a thread with "rubber" in the title? I don't think so! But I'm glad I did, as that may come in handy!!!

I made my first purchase from Theory 11 - Linx by Alex Pandrea .. It's pretty neat.. I was impressed by the demo and ended up purchasing it.. The teaching could have been definitely better - but I guess I am satisfied by the effect...
