Don't know of any DVDs but the books Royal Road to Card Magic and Encyclopedia of card Tricks (both Jean Hugard) both have complete sections dedicated to Key cards.

Card college as a section on Key card effects. I personally think the Key card is usually the best thing when it comes to decks that are dying and impossible to do any sleights on.

As has been mentioned The Royal Road To Card Magic has some great key card effects in there. These are no doubt on the DVD, too - although the book is a tad cheaper.

Many years ago I saw a killer key card effect on Sal Piacente's Expert Card Magic DVD... It really was good. But a closer reading of TRRTCM and also Card College v1 showed the effect was in both those volumes, too.
