for Restaurant Magic which book woulb be your selection between:
-Close Up The Real Secrets of Magic by David Stone
-Restaurant Magic Reader by Jim Sisti
-Restaurant Worker's Handbook by Jim Pace & Jerry Macgregor
they books look like very similar
