I live in Ontario, Canada, and I've been doing Illusions for... Somewhere around 8 years. I prefer the term "Illusionist" because I think its a more accurate term than magician. Anyway...
I Started doing close-up after watching a David Blaine special on TV. I remember my friend and I obsessing over his tricks until we figured them out. We were Especially proud when we figured out the ambitious card routine he did. I usually start a "little show" with that one, cause after that, most people realize that you mean business, and you're not just a n00b with a pack of cards
Anyway, I've branched out from cards, Got some sponges, TTs, a few gimmicks, and practiced a little... I still need more.
