Having recently started writing some stuff based on Dante's Inferno I can safely say that this is exactly how I pictured Hell

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Volcanic ash was falling on London on Saturday. It left the city grey and grimy. Nobody noticed.

I was hiking on an Icelandic volcano over the summer, and it was outerworldly. It was windy and wet, and I was surrounded by jagged peaks. Vents in the ground spewed clouds of sulphur, and the river was boiling hot. But it was less like hell than Mordor in Lord of the Rings. Fabulous country, despite what they are doing to us.

I blame the hidden people... Gunnar obviously forgot to give them easter eggs a few weeks ago...

Nice, though you can see from the star trails behind the lightning that it was set on a long exposure, yet the ash cloud is not blurry.
Subtle photo manipulation?

Those pictures, taken by Ragnar Th. Sigurdsson, are truly spectacular!
