Just to confirm monsterz, this is almost certainly not a problem with Penguin...most likely with the mail. They shipped off the order happily within one day, as they promise, and most likely it just got shipped to Hong Kong by a drunk postman .
I'm not trying to sell you PenguinMagic (though it sure sounds like it o_0), I just wanted to make sure that you didn't think Penguin was trying to cheat me or something.

I may have to take this back, as Penguin are adamant that it should arrive any day now. Does anyone here seriously think that nothing has gone wrong?
FYI, the order was shipped on the 8th of April. As of yet, I have received nothing. Nada. Zilch.

. They sent this to me on the 23rd of April. 2 weeks and 1 day after I placed the order. 1st class mail here takes 1 - 2 days. 
. Means that the package has taken two weeks longer than it should.
Also, despite the fact that I insured the order, they have not said anything about shipping it again or anything like that
.
Nothing to do now. I can keep nagging them by email, but...

Update...all fault is mine (well, my parents' actually)...the order was for my birthday, so they promptly hid it when it arrived - then forgot about it 
. Turns out it arrived within 2 days of the order...kudos to Penguin for speedy shipping 
. Sorry for making a fuss...and from now on full recommendations for Penguin.
