There are many methods for the card to envelope effect. What are your favourites?

Le Pauls method is the best I've ever used. Giobbi's improvements are nice too.

There is one by Andrew De Long I think. Where it's sort of a predicted card to envelope.

Roger Curzon. It's in view all the time & the card is seen through the envelope window. You very clearly & cleanly take it out to show it is their signed card which they saw you shuffle into the deck moments earlier.

Available from Magick - Sheffield.

World Magic Shop are bringing out a card in envelope effect, and I must say it looks very, very good:

Mr Grue has the right idea! My favorite is 3d Paradox!
