There was one time I slipped a prediction on a bit of paper into the back of a girls bra before performing a magic trick.


One may think that it takes great misdiretion and slight of hand to pull this off (espcially considering the billet got stuck in her clasp and she had to actually unclasp her bra to take to get it out), but remember that this is newcastle, a place where clothes are kept to a minimum on teenage girls.

So that was my favorite reveal. Rather immature, but the reation lasted so long it was brilliant.

so was she topless apart from her bra?

On the topic, my favourite reveal came a few years ago when I was delivering a training course in Jersey. The classroom had a whiteboard that had doors on it, so you could close them up when not in use.

I'd sent the class out to do some 'breakout' sessions (terrible term) and then when they came back in told them that I wanted to try a new trick on them (I'd already established magic as a hobby). So I forced the 4 of Diamonds on a volunteer, he showed it to everyone but me and then passed the deck around the entire classroom getting everyone to shuffle/cut it.

By the time it got back to me, they were all convinced that I couldn't possibly find the card - and, of course, I couldn't. I pulled a card at random out and it was something else entirely.

"Oh well, never mind. I'll keep working on it," I said "Let's get back to the training". And with that I opened the doors of the whiteboard, revealing the huge 4 of Diamonds I had drawn there whilst they were out of the room.

To this day, I can still hear the reaction it got

While I have never tried the "reveal from a bra" trick, I have to admit it sounds like it would kill....both the audience and the magician.

I have to agree with the OP's version of revealing. Sucker reveals are definitely my favorite; unfortunately I don't know too many.

I'd love to use Berglas':
'Oh so you don't believe me, do you? You don't think I really knew that you would pick that word from the newspaper? You think I swapped the bit of paper, do you? Well then... you- me, outside. *takes jacket off*... no- I'm serious.. *turns around and chosen word is printed on back of shirt*'
