Well Leo was obviously nervous as one would be, first time in front of the entire school, staff, parents & friends.
There was a quick flash at the end of the Colour Changing Silks.
Too much turning away to pick up and discard stuff (a fault with many magicians) from the, borrowed & too large a table.
No smile -- very serious but as he has told me--first time nerves.
Not much looking at (eye contact) the audience,to build their reactions.
These things I have already pointed out to him.
BUT-- and this was a first time on stage --the whole routine swept along at a great pace & there was no hesitation in the handling of, or following up, with the next effect.
Would that a lot of magicians might pace their Acts up.
As a Congratulations-- I have sent him a top quality 18 inch set, of Colour Changing Silks & a couple of other props that will fit what he wants to do.
