What about the not so awesome magicians? :)

When I saw you had posted a youtube link, I thought you were another young kid that was plastering poorly done magic over youtube. But I was wrong and rather impressed. I watched your documentary all the way through and it was a shame that I couldn't understand a word, cause I quite enjoyed it.

Welcome to the forums, and I wish you luck in getting magic out there in your country.

there is a reasonable history of magic in the Czech Republic. And some very important guys have come from there.

Pavel, and Petrick and Mia, to name but 2.

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....

no, Pavel POMEZNÝ, he has invented more rope and silk magic than anybody else in the last 50 years, and is recognised as one of the greats of magic word wide.
what i get from your excellent film, is that your talking about western street magic. the traditions of magic in your country, are more theatre based. As are other related arts. Take puppetry for example, and the traditional marionette and black art theatres

the reason that this style of street performance does not have a well established base in your country, is simply that it is not that long ago, that it would of been looked upon as begging.
People like petrick, left the country under somewhat stressed times, before the cultural changes took effect.
