Specific Card Svengali Deck

Postby phillipnorthfield » Jul 1st, '10, 15:58

Does anyone know of anywhere you can get svengali decks of specific f***e cards. Specifically the 7 of hearts?

Thanks, Phil

I don't *think* that you'll have much luck. To my knowledge each manufacturer makes decks with the same f* card.

Does it have to be Svengali? Other options might be easier for you to make. What effect do you want to achieve?

Bit of careful work with a corner clipper and a craft knife and you might be alright - although you're never going to get it cut as nicely as you would from a factory done deck.

A variation of the tossed out deck where you can have a go at suggesting the card to a spec. 7 of hearts is the easiest card to force.

You could combine a Phoenix Texas deck with a Phoenix One Way, though I'd contact them first to make sure they can supply the card you need.

Actually, a reverse sven might be better, and easier to produce. Here you'd have someone just cut the deck and look at the face of the cut off portion. Most places will do bespoke one-way decks, and Cards4Magic do short decks in Bikes.

Contact devin knight, he may make you or have that specific one ready.

or go to cards4magic, buy a short deck and a 1way force deck.

Pretty sure I've got two or three that are seven of hearts...

Can't remember the make, but it was the blue packaging (with a red and yellow cartoon joker on the front?) that so many novelty and gift shops (used to) stock...

The manufacturer's name was something like house of cards or house of games, and the cards are plastic-coated bridge size. If this is of any use...

Cards for Magic may help you if you phone them.

They made a couple two way forcing decks up for me a couple of years back that used specific cards although they did cost a little extra.

If there is anywhere that can provide what you're after then Cards for Magic would me my first stop.
