Applause for the enthusiasm, but your sleights need a fair amount of work.
To make the claim that your sandwich effect is probably the cleanest one out there, and then to make your control look obvious as to what is happening, you may need to look at it again.

Likewise with your multiple shift, it is very very obvious that you are putting all four aces on top of each other. I am not saying this from the perspective of a magician who knows what to look for, my partner who is a complete layman said that.

I've not seen the others, because fankly those two put me off.

I feel the same really, you have the moves but the presentation is pretty poor.

It may be because of the angle the video was shot but everything just seemed really....loose to me. Is sloppy too harsh a word??

I dont think you are far from being there but i would at least shoot the video again so that you dont reveal your technique.

Hope this doesnt discourage you at all. I just think that honest critisism from people who know what to look out for is the biggest help any of us on here could hope to receive!!

Well done for filming yourself, its a good way to see how you come across.
For example, you say 'thank you' too much (No offense).
And, the presentation is pretty much non-existant.

Please remember though, that whilst some of these comments are coming across as quite negative, criticism is always a good thing and I won't insult your intelligence explaining why.
Keep working. :)

Your right, the reason for this is I think of tons of ideas so I just make videos of some of the them and upload them onto youtube so I have a archive of sorts.I realise that the videos are revealing but they are just ideas. Thanks for your comment.

Would it be worth archiving them offline - on a hard drive or DVD - where you have access to them for reference, without them being publicly available.

That way, you can review your footage, alter and better and refilm your material, (and alter and better and refilm again, as many times as it takes) then finally upload once you have everything as good as you can possibly get it, so people see (and critique) your very best work? Just a thought :)

I didn't actually see your vids because when I click on the link I see Doc Eason. However your above comment doesn't make sense. Magic is not about moves its about entertainment. How can you possibly improve if you don't show your presentation. You can be perfect in technique and still be the worlds most boring magician. Whereas your slights can suck pond water, but if your presentation is wonderful and entertaining, that alone can put you on the map so to speak.

Getting critisized is easy. Getting the right criticisim about the right thing is the tricky part.

I agree with you but I was putting those videos up for only magicians to see the sleights, you would understand if you watched the videos.
