Has anyone used Thought waves by Gary Jones and Mark Bendall, looks cool and i was thinking about adding it to my routines, i will be interested in any feed back.

It takes the method to a whole new level, and gives many performance options.

Anything Gary and Mark release will be top working material. (I use many of their ideas)

Just buy it you wont be regret it. (And this is not a plug just because I know them) it really is top class stuff. Self working and really packs a punch what more could you want.

Im sure i will buy it, its very similar to Catacalysm and trilogy in performance. I use those all the time and they are very strong.

I dont know of their other material, i will have to do a search on more of their stuff.

I haven't got it myself.. not yet anyway. But I have been telling everybody to get it.
Its so clean,and obviously easy to do, because Garry dosent do complicated.
