Hi I am trying to find a suitable strong IT? I don't use reels etc and I tend to use my tongue so to speak. Can anybody recommend one that doesn't 'cut' through my tongue (not literally but I do find it painful sometimes) Or maybe I will need to use another way to manipulate?

have never had that problem, but I personally like kevlar IT. Also I used to use IT the way you do, but then I switched to the Fearson's floating bill and never looked back. Now I am just hooked on the turantula. It is essentially the Fearson hook up but you don't have to be ready in advance and there is nothing in your way before or after.

I warn you there is a knack to using the turantula and it takes a little time and effort (which is why most people end up with it sitting in a drawer somewhere). But once you got it. Ooooh baby!

Thanks bmat for the advice. I must admit I don't use IT often but recently used it at a childrens party and quickly remembered why I stopped using the tongue. I did buy the Tarantula shortly after it came out mainly to have a look so perhaps I will have to get it back out and work on it as unfortunately I seem to have gained a few childrens party bookings and the whole floating thing seems to go down well with them.
