well, coming from a welshman who is living in london, i take that as a backhanded compliment...

mr. grue is kinda northern...

so really, its "you lot" that are the curmudgeonly lolligaggers...

as i've sweet-talked lenny into coming, southerners win...bet then again, he's kinda welsh too...

can't move for 'em these days can ya squire...

anyway - for a change, i suggest a little game, before we finish the 3rd pint, we should show stuff...if i get time, I'm going to bring 20-30 minutes worth...(so yes, one effect)...

no, i have an old classic i want to try out, tidy up on a 3 envelope thing, a newspaper test and two other things...

if we could all manage to try and remember what it was like to be a normal punter, that would be splendid too... :)

ah..i knew it was one of "that lot"

i definitely need opinions on the newspaper test...if it works, then we have a bona fide hands-off miracle...i not, i shall set fire to it and beat markdini round the nose...

I might go i might not.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

i may be in town this saturday, although i will be with the kids. It would be nice to swing by briefly to see some old faces, so is the pub you are going to child friendly (garden or whatever)?

Also, which pub is it you are meeting at? I can find out family policies myself if i know where it is. I noticed bank of england mentioned, but that is not open at weekends?

not a fan of sigs, so I won't bother adding o..... oh

So in the London meet we have

Me - Welshy/yorkshire type
Grue - slightly northern
Lenny - sort of welsh
Dini - mockney
Iain - the seventh dimension of hairybear

Little to no southerners at the london Tm meet. Proves my point really that it is held together by the friendly northerners

I'm certainly not saying the north is nicer as that would catagorically be untrue as it is the third world afterall. I'm just saying that a northerner is friendlier which is borne in the fact that the London meet up contains a sparse level of southern attendees

We currently meet at Walkers of Whitehall, from 1pm, on a Saturday. We've not set a date for the next one yet, but probably the end of August or start of September, so keep 'em peeled.
