I, and others, would point you towards Banachek - there's a review of his Psychokinetic Silverware DVD here.

Essentially - it's brilliant.

I don't have any of these, but the reviews of Gerry and Banachek have always been excellent, as compared to Liquid Metal, which were mediocre.

So G & B, methinks...

I agree with kati. Liquid metal isn't a super duper brilliant DVD. Its OK I suppose but the content is quite lame.

Ok - lets jump on the bandwagon ;)
I'd agree that PK silverware is probably the best starting point. Then I would get Banacheks PSI series - dvd 4 (I think), and then Patrick Kuffs Metal bending - the real work. That should give you a grounding on most of what you need to know.
Then I'd suggest Sean Fields book - Explicit Content, as well as reading as much as you can on suggestion, and the psychological 'subtelties' that make his kind of thing powerful. (Building blocks - Luke Jermay, Psychological Subtelties - Banachek, Sleight of Mind etc.)
Also read all you can about so-called 'real' spoon bending - like Spoon bending parties, stuff by Gellar etc. It will give you a good idea of what the public understanding is of the whole 'phenomenon', as well as give you some ideas as to your presentation.

What is important is to figure out why you want to do metal bending. It's can work as a nice trick to add to your routine - but it can be so much more than that. Liquid Metal is an example of a nice routine to add to your routine, whereas Banachek and others go a little more into the psychology of it. (Banachek had loads of experience posing as the real thing - and fooled scientists investigating PK phenomenon - see the Alpha Project)

Hope that helps
